MS doesn't run on win 10. When I run setup nothing happens even the firewall and antivirus is disabled. Also run as admin and run with XP/98/win7 doesn't work. Any suggestions?
I run it on windows 10 and have no problems. So I don't think this is really a "critical" bug, as it seems to be specific to you. I don't need to run it in compatibility mode either. Maybe somebody else will be able to be more helpful, but realistically I think you'll need to provide a lot more information. Tech support is really hard to give when it's vague and there could be a gazillion different possible problems.
