From the newest update, Part 1 of MVPQ disconnects you back to the login screen with the error "Unable to connect to the game server" upon falling off the map 5 times (disconnects on the 5th fall). It does not matter whether you were either hit by the guard mob or falling off on your own. This was tested with the newest files fully re-downloaded, but others that used the mini-patch also have reported to be disconnected as well.
