I read the GM guide about VPNs that was linked to me on my last ban appeal (forum account [redacted]). I do not have a deep understanding of VPNs and their connections, and I did not suspect that my VPN service would classify as a "public VPN" that could potentially also be used by hackers. It is possible that this was an oversight on my end, and that the VPN connection I am using is in fact public, and therefore my IP address could have been associated with a hacker's. 2) I am fully aware that voting across multiple profiles, more frequently than 24 hours, is a violation of the terms of service and unfair to other players in the game. In my many years of playing MapleRoyals, I have always respected this rule and never voted on multiple accounts within a 24-hour period. Recently I had been voting on my phone, and voting across two accounts, but again, I was always very careful not to overlap the 24-hour voting window when switching between accounts I was voting on. I am almost certain that even though I was voting on two accounts, I was well within a margin of safety to be beyond 24 hours across the two accounts I was voting on. As such, I suspect reason 1, as detailed above, is the more likely candidate for why my 3 accounts were all banned from the game and forum. NOTE: In the past day, I began reserving some possible names that I plan on using for a new character eventually on my main account. I have probably forgotten an additional 1 or 2 more characters, both level 1 beginners. If this method against the terms of service, I was totally unaware and apologize. This would be an additional reason for the ban. Last thing you did: Partied in Kerning Bubbling map, introducing a new friend to the game, training up to 21 for KPQ. I have checked the three Accounts you have provided. Account #2 and Account #3 are not banned on our end. Your assumption of being given a banned IP from your VPN may be the reason you cannot log into these accounts. If you still cannot log into those accounts, try resetting your router. The Account with the IGN SteezKing was hacked into some time ago, and was banned to prevent further damage.
