I was leeching my mules on 06/14/21 around 1-4pm pst time. I was trading my mules the int gears back and forth. then after my char level and i was trading it to my other mule i noticed that my 32tma earrings were gone. it wasnt in my inventory or on any of my chars. so i think it just disappeared outta no where. Helppp ;c !!

We are not aware of any issues regarding non-cash items disappearing. The item must have disappeared by either; being destroyed through scrolling, being dropped, being traded, being sold to an NPC, or being sold through a merchant. We do not log every single action, therefore unfortunately we cannot tell you which one of those methods caused the loss of the item. We won't be able to refund you for the loss of the item.
