My account was hacked a few days ago, (decided not report it becuase i was so pissed i was determined to play royals ever.) But i feel the urge to get back to it and i was wondering how i can get help. I understand that in most cases, you can not help, but i am curious to HOW on earth they hacked my account. I have a very very uniqe password. When this happened, I was traning and the next morning, my character was in ch 1 fm with all my scrolls and meso gone and my items all re-arranged. So to get the jist of it, 1. HOW did my account get hacked. 2. What can you do to recover it.
Data is often leaked from other websites or games. If you use the same password elsewhere then that's how they got access. No idea how they managed to get your PIN though Make sure you've changed your password. Doubtful you'll get the items back but you can make a thread in 'character issues' for a GM to look into it.
