I understand very clearly on my issue, this is not an easy task for everyone. I just hope to get back my equipments because i wanna train but empty inside right now. For I said it not an easy task is because I already got about 1-2 years didn't online. Can/Please help to track back who taken my equipments or the server already roll back? (I saw my Skill Point all already reset, did GMs accidentally reset my item and equipments also?) Thanks
Have you checked your other characters/accounts for your items? It seems like you have 3 accounts. Back in Jan 2017, we reset everyone's skill points. No, we didn't remove any item nor equipment.

I'm not entertaining requests via PM and definitely not phone calls. Everything shall be done via the forums. When was the last time you logged in? Try to recall to the best of your memory. Given your case, it's unlikely we'll be able to retrieve your items back for you as we probably won't have logs backdating to 2 years ago.
Your account was hacked due to poor account security, and any lost items/mesos are not subject to refunds. Set a strong PIN/PIC when you log in next, and change your password from the homepage portal to ensure your characters cannot be accessed again.
