    Last thing you did: Went to the fm on all my characters.

    Why do you think you got banned?:

    My account was compromised and you blocked it from further damage.

    Hello there! Your account was temporarily banned on 29 Sep 2020 to prevent malicious users from further accessing your account as they got your login ID and password from other sources online where you use the same login details, and used those in a credential stuffing attack. We have changed your password for your own protection. We won't provide this password to you.

    In order to play again you need to:
    • Go to www.royals.ms/controlpanel and choose the 'FORGOT PASSWORD?' feature to reset your password by email (keep in mind the control panel is case sensitive). Do not set your password back to what it was before.
    • Log in on the control panel with the new password you registered and reset your PIN (email verification is required for this step which is also done in the control panel).
    • You should now be able to log in on the game client and set up your new PIN to then start playing again!
    If for some reason you're unable to remember your email or lost access to the email you signed up with, and are unable to recover that email from your email provider you can:

    with the following details:
    EMAIL RECOVERY
    1) Your character names (IGN):
    2) The date of birth associated with your account (DD-MM-YYYY):
    3) The email addresses you think might be associated with your account:
    4) Your account username (Game Login ID):
    5) The last time you played:
    Only choose this option as a last resort after you have tried all the email addresses you can think of that you might have used. Processing these requests will take a long time so really give it your all before you follow these steps.

    We have restored the accounts that were accessed by the malicious users back to a state before the malicious users logged in on them to restore your Mesos and items because we noticed brute force attempts on PINs with the help of a botnet. Extra security measures to prevent brute forces have been put in place since 2021-02-09.

    Cybersecurity is very important as malicious internet users are at an all-time high in 2021. We suggest that you protect yourself from these types of attacks by never using the same login credentials anywhere online and looking into getting a password manager to stay organized in your daily online activities as you can never be too sure about the data security of the platforms that you use.

    I followed the prompt instructions and changed my password, but I am unable to change my pin because it says: I do not have a PIN set! Please log into the game and help set a PIN to keep your account secure.
    When I try to log in it says: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection.

    May I please have some further assistance.

    After you have reset your password and got into the control panel you need to verify your email! Also, Make sure that the new password is different from what it previously was.

    I will forward this to the admins to make sure the ban is lifted properly if it hasn't been done so automatically.

    Glad I got my character back!
    I don't want to be that guy, but any chance you can edit the timestamp of my character. When mapleroyals was transitioning from v64 to v84. I think it was 2 years ago Janurary, I saved up 1m nx. I had 12 int earings, 7 atk pgc 3 slots, 35str overall, 5 ws. I remember training at bone fish so I was around lv 100. My request might not be fair to the other players, so I understand if you say no.
    I love this game and will keep voting regardless.

    Welcome back! Since you are no longer banned I will close this thread :)

    I am doubtful that your items can be recovered but If you would like to attempt such recovery, You can request it on another thread at Character Issues.
