Closed my account is not logging into the game, I can log in only on the site

    Hi I start playing again,but i cant login in the game ,I can log in only on the site, i dont know why ban my account,This is the new computer I bought and registering a new account is also displayed banned.
    i remeber all account and password but i forge my IGN i just remember Character name
    ALL Your Character Names: LiZhenSue
    Last thing you did: I don't know,maybe my last login was in 2019.
    Why do you think you got banned?: I don't know, maybe is my new computer problem?
    Ban message when attempting to log in: "This is an ID that has been del et ed or blocked from connection. Please check again."

    not use VPN ,but i log in : This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection. i log in new account is same .I don't know what is going on. this is my new bought computer , my computer problem?
