Closed My Account Was Hacked

    Hello,

    IGN: MastahRoshii and Tundrawulf

    Problem: My character MastahRoshii and Tundrawulf were stripped of all my gear and all my mesos. I had 30 bill between both my characters.

    Details: My bishop had a perfect elemental wand 7, which I had for sale on the forum. I also had other really good int gear that was taken I don't remember all the stats but it was enough to 1 shot skeles and sell leach as a level 150 bishop. I took a long break from mapleroyals I stopped playing back in November 2020 and logged back in this weekend to find my characters fully nude. IM EXTREMELY SAD. Ive been playing mapleroyals for about 5 years now on and off and took me forever to accumulate all my mesos and gear.

    Please GM help me. :'(

    1. Stats of any other items which you remember
    2. Date last known of holding the items
    3. Date of noticing the items went missing

    Admins need to spend time to dig logs (usually months) for each individual that mentioned items missing, in order to confirm the time frame of the 'hacked' incident

    It's not possible to give an estimation of time since each individual case is unique

    For example, your dates given is Nov 2020 to May 2021 range, so that would be 6 months worth of data if every month's log need to be dug through to confirm the time frame of being hacked

    The lack of details about the mentioned lost items will make this investigation more difficult as well

    Why couldn't have you guys told me you weren't going to help a loyal customer of 5 years from the start of this post instead of making me believe you would actually help?
