    I was making apq and my apple get out of the screen to the left side of the screen and i lose it. Please can help me with that please. tnx

    This is an already known bug.
    There is nothing we can do with items that are outside of the map.

    If you have evidence (Screenshots, video) to show that the apple fell out of the map or is stuck then you can request a refund in character issues.
