Duplicate My Auto-Potion pet items are not working on any characters

I believe its an UI bug because Monster names and HP are not showing either. This has been an ongoing issue for 3 days for me. I have asked other people in game whether they are having any issue like me and I haven't had anyone say they do (they all kind of act like I'm stupid and ask me if I have the potions in the pet tab, or if I lowered my HP/MP alert threshold). Things I have tried: restarting my computer, Reinstalling the client, putting away my pet and reassigning the potions, using different kinds of potions, changing the HP/MP alert, Changing the Monster Alert setting. I don't know what else to check in game so I'm posting here hoping for feedback, thanks.

Restarting your PC usually fixes this, not sure why but it does. Lemme know if it doesn't.

 

Thanks Charlie but I have restarted my pc twice I am reinstalling again now.

Doing a clean boot usually helps, not Just plain restarting.

Clean boot fixed it I believe. hopefully I don't have to clean boot always, thanks.
