If you use the auto sort multiple of the same effect will get stacked but show up as a single item. maybe you could accidentally sell dozens of them at the same time, maybe you cant. It's all kinda confusing. They should be made to not stack at all or to stack normally with a number.
Same as the hearts, when you sort/stack it, it stacks correctly but without the quantity shown. To unstack it, just drop it one by one.
