My boyfriend can't vote anymore

Hi,
My boyfriend and I both play MapleRoyals.
He was over at my house last weekend and he voted for himself on his phone, 3G data.
I tried to vote as I got upstairs, on my laptop, but I could not vote anymore.
Now yesterday, he came home, he didn't vote after friday. He tried to vote at home, but it said he already had voted.
So he thought he would wait untill the next morning, and he still can't vote, the time does change everytime.
The first time it said 300 minutes, the next it said 1100 again. I think this is because he voted when he was with me,
and now everytime I vote, he can't vote anymore.

Is there anything to do to change this?
Can anyone please help us ?

Try to login his account and your account with a different computers to separate the IP. Then he might be able to vote through his phone 3G and u able to use ur house wifi.

 

Try to apply for voting white list If you two playing in the same house. Sharing 1 internet

 

We don't , he lives 20 minutes away, I think they linked our accounts when he voted in my house..

 

If you are playing from the same computer then you will receive voting problems.
To avoid them playing from the same computer is not very good.

 

That is the thing, we are not playing from the same computer. We don't live together!

 

If neither of you play from the same computer and you don't share network, then it wouldn't be possible for you to cause his voting issues.
Unless you are actually voting for his account?

So when you vote his timer shows the same time?

 

He was sleeping at my place and he voted on his phone and then I tried to vote for myself on my laptop and it said I had already voted and ever since we couldn't vote even though he was at home. Indeed if I voted his timer showed the same time. But, we tried today and he just voted and it says I have to wait 45 minutes so idk maybe its fixed!

 

It does solve itself when you stop sharing computer and it also takes a day or so after you have been playing on different computers so the problems shouldn't continue.

 

I guess we are kind of having the same problem again now, because over summer break I spent 4 weeks at his house. I guess this will solve itself again as you said, but I do have another problem now.. My brother stopped playing MS for a long time. When I came back home from my boyfriend, he was playing maplestory again. He is playing another server but if I try to vote I get through the voting page of mapleroyals, but I can't vote on gtop100. What do I have to do about this? Is there anything I can do about this?

 

When you start playing from different computers the problem will solve itself.

You can vote using a mobile phones 3g/4g network instead of using your wifi.

 

wont they think we are trying to multivote?

 

If you are talking about Gtop then there is nothing in their rules that would conflict with you and your brother voting for different servers.
