Closed My Character got deleted by itself

    Hello.. i just played couple of minutes ago and my laptop battery died and the computer shut off.
    When i reconnected to the game i found that that my character is gone!
    please help :(

    Did you logged into the wrong account?

    The game doesn't auto delete characters
