I saw that this bug was already mentioned according to September 27th 2017 but this was a long time ago so I have to know. is there any Gm aware of this problem and cant help me fix it? It's been two days now that my character is stuck in the cash shop. Thanks in advanced.
Make sure you post here with your character name before the next server check. https://royals.ms/forum/threads/log-account-already-logged-in.87463/ Also, next time you lag when entering the cash shop (ie: a black screen for a long time) don't close the game. Wait it out. You will eventually be transferred to the cash shop and then you won't get stuck. But if you close the game while this is happening, you will get stuck while transferring between the game server and cash shop server.
