I'm writing what he is saying becuase he don't want to open a account here. Every day he is trying to vote it says he already did that and he didn't, can you please check why this is happening? he lost 2 voting days already because of that.
You need to post in character issues. That would only happen if someone has already voted using the same computer/network. Or if he has played on the same computer as another player.
