    Hwa explained what happened to me, so im here to explain to you.

    IGN: Niqqapls
    Last thing you did:Made a new character
    Why do you think you got banned?: She thinks she got banned because of a misunderstanding, Niqqa is the name of her grandmother, pronounced Neek-a.
    Niqqa died of breast cancer so she made a character in honor of her.
    Ban message when attempting to log in: Your account has been blocked for hacking or illegal use of third-party programs. The ID has been permanently blocked. So you wont be able to use this account.
    She wasn't hacking so she doesn't understand why she should be banned, for her grandmother's name or hacking please un-ban her.

    Having checked her forum account, she's listed as an unregistered COPPA user, which means that she shouldn't be playing anyway until we have received written permission from her parent(s).
