Where were the items before losing them, were they in your inventory or storage? And do you remember the Date & Time (UTC) of last holding the items?

Are you able to provide an estimated stats of the HP gears? I would need some details of the items before forwarding them to the Admins for investigation Such as the top and bottom name
Sure, the top and bot are bought from Lith Harbor top is either Blue One-Lined T-shirt or Orange Sporty T-Shirt :/ bot is Sandblasted Jeans ( for both gender) and they're all passed with 70% hp scrolls~ (+7 0 slot ) so top is prob +105HP bot is +108 HP Mapleshield +120HP Rescue Tube +160HP Branch nose +105 single earring +70 work gloves +90 Pig HeadBand + around 160 hp BFC + around ~170 HP i always remember they provide me +1088HP in total ~ thanks in advance <333
As normal items don't disappear like bugged NX items, Admins would need more time to investigate the issue
We are not aware of any issues regarding non-cash items disappearing. The items must have disappeared by either; being destroyed through scrolling, being dropped, being traded, being sold to an NPC, or being sold through a merchant. We do not log every single action, therefore unfortunately we cannot tell you which one of those methods caused the loss of the item. We won't be able to refund you for the loss of the items.
