    Last thing you did: i hit shaolin last nigh with my boyfriend and then went to the fm my store.

    Why do you think you got banned?: i played these char at my home and my business. (But i only vote one time each day !!!)

    Ban message when attempting to log in: this is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection.

    As you may have been assigned a banned IP address, please restart your modem/router for a new IP

    Or test with another network such as mobile data to see if you would still get the banned message

    I had restarted my modem many times. But it seems nothing has changed.

    I had tried to logged in Mapleroyals at my home and it’s ok. But I still can’t login by my business computer. (I am sure that i didn’t install any VPN.)

    Do you have any suggestions that can help me? I’m so sad that I can’t play mapleroyals in the company.:'(:'(:'(

    I believe it would be best to move this to the technical forum as we have confirmed that you are not banned.

    Noting that you can log in, in one location and not the other, that narrows it down to your business computer or the location of the business (IP address).

    Quick checks would be obtaining a new IP address from the business location if possible, and to check your business computer's firewall and ensure MapleRoyals is in the white list.

    If there are still issues, please open a thread in the technical area so staff and the community can assist if possible.

    I will be closing this thread.
