Closed My Ip Banned? Cannot Log Into Character

    I need help please:

    IGN: luiskrist29
    Details: when I go to select my character goes disconnection gives me this message "unable to connect to the game server"

    I think my ip is banned, because I try reinstalling several solutions mapleroyals, add the firewall and other options but still have the same problem.

    try reinstalling several solutions mapleroyals, firewal, antivirus and everything but I still have the same roblem and'm not the only one with this problem there are others who have the same problems that can not enter.
    I've been almost two months without being able to enter this same problem, I have download the paths but just last I have the same problem as you do.
