IGN: Leatherface Problem: I had a mage shield , bought it over 1b. ever since a new patch after the Christmas event. my mage shield is gone. I think it was a lv 64 mage shield. Detail: Unfortunately i do not have the screen shot. Since i didn't know this was a problem in the first place. can you check my character history and retrieve the mage shield for me please? I had my shield equipped. when i returned. my nx shield cover is red in the equipment slot. the shield is just gone I don't think i got hacked. all my mesos and other equiments are there when i came back. except the shield.
What did you have equipped in your weapon slot when you first logged in after the christmas patch? I'm asking this because it sounds like you could've potentially unequipped the shield by equipping for example the mitten for the christmas event.
I have the elemental staff equipped on. if I did equip the mitten, then the shield would be in my inventory and equipment slot. but it's not there. plus. I never sold the shield (why would I sell it in the 1st place). it has disappeared. please help me.
If you did equip the mitten, then it would unequip the magician shield without unequipping the nx cover. (Which is why it would show as red) A possible outcome of that is that it placed your magician shield in either slot 97, 98, 99 or 100 of your equipment inventory which have been removed. All items in those 4 slots have been moved to Fredrick, which is currently not scripted yet. Until then I don't think we can investigate much further, as I doubt a shield would disappear out of your equipment slot randomly.
