Hello all, I started on here last Monday when - for whatever reason - I felt ridiculously old and wanted to relive my middle school days of the mid-2000s. After buying some used PS2 classics on Amazon but not wanting to wait the three days for delivery, I looked back into gMS. I didn't download it but, after 10 minutes on youtube and 30 seconds researching it on Twitter, it was obvious that the game is completely different than what I remember. I found this on the g100 vote (first result when you google "MapleStory Private Servers") and decided to give it a try - and how much fun the last few days have been! I used to play in Broa back in the day on a cleric whose name I no longer recall. Funny anecdote: For the first two days of this game, I was convinced I was one of the few people who spoke English. I ended up in a kPQ with three kids who just literally spammed "KOREA" over and over and over again. Whether they were trolling or just really loved Korea, I suppose I'll never know. I just hit Priest yesterday and I'm in a guild called England with some other predominantly English-speaking players. If you've a proclivity for adult conversation and a sagacious eye for grammar like I do, feel free to add me in game. I'm going to max Holy Symbol within the next few days and I'm always down to help some lower-level friends party/kinda leech so look me up if you'd like a friend! Since the guild we're in was only formed a few days ago, we don't have any retired players and that means we have the chance to become really active.
