Closed My user is blocked

Hello managers
I want to report a bug
Yesterday I went into my regular user and everything was wonderful
But when I want to log in to my user now it impresses me :
" This is an ID that had been deleted or blocked from connection"
I did not break the rules of the game or cheat, I would be happy if you would take care of it

Last thing you did: in the Free Market in the stores
Why do you think you got banned?: i dont know
Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that had been deleted or blocked from connection.
What GM banned you (optional): idk

You don’t seem to be banned. Try restarting your router and log in again.

 

It does not work, it registers the same problem for me again

You are not banned, so this is a problem on your end with your connection. We cannot do much besides offer suggestions, like what Alan said earlier. If you are unable to change your connection through restarting your router, try contacting your ISP to have them change your IP address manually.
