Hi all, I use my mage to sell items to the shop before dash. Afterwards, I use my other character to play winter dash. When I finished dash, I found out my mage was holding the Christmas light instead of my wand 7. I don’t think I have changed my weapon to the Christmas light because I was farming maladies a few minutes ago in cursed forest so I checked my bag. However, my wand 7 wasn’t in my bag or my equipment, it is just disappeared…I thought maybe I sold it to the merchant in the shop (ellinia, weapon shop) accidentally but I used the command: ~buyback and my wand is not there either… Is there anyone have same issues before? I have no idea where is my wand…I checked my bag, the storage, my mules' bag and the shop but no luck. I didn’t change my weapon from wand 7 to the Maplemas lights and I didn’t drop my wand out but I couldn’t find my wand now Also I have no clues why I am holding the Maplemas lights @@ Is there any GM can help, explain or track my wand? Thanks in advance…. I am so frustrated with this T_T My IGN: c0ckatoo This happened between server time: 23rd of December, 05:50-06:05am.
you 99.9% dropped it / moved it somewhere. Maybe staff could look into that but thats usually the answer about non-nx items
got a text from my friend saying he lost his 185tma wand "vanishing in or out of snowman" as well 2 instances of same thing happening UH OH
Thanks for your reply! Yeah...It might be. Maybe I accidentally drop it when I switched to other character. But it would still be great if they can check and see what happened to my wand or what did I do to my wand... I am happy to wait for the response. Btw we are alliance in the game haha
Yeah I saw that post too! It is here. https://royals.ms/forum/threads/wand-disappeared-entering-or-leaving-snowman.241038/ Maybe some mysterious power appeared after the crash yesterday? >_<
Hi Dave, Thanks for your reply! I remember that I didn't swap the weapon and I was selling the equips to the merchant. Therefore, I am very surprised that I was holding the Maplemas lights with no reasons instead of the wand 7. I don't know why I equipped the weapon I didn't put on and the wand which I held initially just vanished from my bag and my equip...
Hello. This is something that has been tested thoroughly and something we have determined does not just happen. I know this isn’t what you want to hear, but there are two scenarios. You either equipped the lights on accident and npcd’d your wand, or you went to equip your wand over the lights and when dragging it dropped it by accident without realizing. This happens often with this event, and we are looking into ways to stop this from happening. It is not a quick fix though and requires a number of changes that we’re still testing. Unfortunately as this is not a bug but rather a player mistake (knowing or unknowingly), there is nothing that we can do for your wand situation. I wish I had a better answer, but I don’t unfortunately :/.
Hi Bacon, Thanks for your reply. It seemed like I was playing winter Crash and won a jackpot wooo~~(just kidding) I understand and accept that my case is considered as a player's mistake. I am fine to learn a lesson which cost me a 2b wand. However, I read some posts in the forum and I found out that I am not the only one missing the non-NX items. https://royals.ms/forum/threads/disappeared-item.222397/ https://royals.ms/forum/threads/disappearing-mtk-requesting-gms-assistance-in-querying.240027/ https://royals.ms/forum/threads/wand-disappeared-entering-or-leaving-snowman.241038/#post-1487769 In these cases, it has all been concluded that we accidentally dropped our vanished items. Yet, at least I know that I didn't double click to equip the maplemas light nor did I drag my wand and drop it. Indeed, I don't have any videos or screenshot, and the logs might still reveal that I dropped my wand. I know we all do silly things sometimes, but I don't think we drag and drop our very important/expensive gears or items that casually. I wish this situation won't happen again to anyone and we can have a better solution for the valuable items. Thanks again for your help and Merry Christmas.
