Not sure if it's just happening to me alone, but Mystic Door doesn't seem to be visible in town, or maybe it's only me who can't see them(?) Example: From Ulu2, if i were to use the mystic door, i'd land in CBD (sometimes at random places), and the door is usually on the roof of the church on the bottom left of the map. I can't see the door, but since i know where it usually is, i press up at the spot, i still get through the door.
You can not see your own Mystic Door unless you're in a party. This was a change we made on purpose to stop players from disconnecting each other with that skill.
