With this comes my next Test. While testing skills against Qualm Guardians in Temple of Time, I gave Charged Blow a try now that the charges are back and working and it turns out the stunning property of the skill is not working. I would have simply made one Big list together, but I was told to address each concern separately. Other than that, it seems to be working now.
