IGN: Deliciously Problem: All characters are missing items and mesos on my account Details: Not sure what happened but I took a break and came back to play mapleroyals a couple days before christmas and realized all my characters are missing equipment, mesos, nx and scrolls. The characters are all located in FM which is weird but I remember having characters fully equipped and coming back to little to none. I know its Christmas but it would mean the world to me to be able to receive a roll back asap. Thanks
It appears as somone illegally accessed your account, however the person knew your password. I am not able to see anything that points to this being a problem on our end, but simply that you have reused your account information elsewhere, due to that I am not able to offer any refund for what has happened.
