Hi I am currently thinking about making an assassin. How ever I've heard that I need to HP wash to be able to boss later on. This leads to the questions: 1) How important is it have int gear early on (I know the amount of extra MP dependent on getting it early on but can I do without it up untill lvl ~50) 2) What would be some nice int equips for ~100mil 3) Would you suggest starting out as another class to have more funds for int gear? (already tried making a cleric, but god that class is boring) 4) Is double washing necessary to do all bosses? PS: I know the questions overlap each other slightly but I just couldn't formulate it in fewer sentences.
Here's a relevant part of a post I made last night. Basically you'll want a dep, Zak helm, and 40-70 base int by level 70. Before 70 you don't need to worry too much about int or washing, just make sure you have the int to prepare. You'll probably need more than 100m, but some good int gear would be: 7 int beginner wand. This is super cheap and you can make it yourself. 5 int maple leaf. This you can get from shows gach. 3-6 int yellow snow shoes. These you have to get in the FM. 7+ int cape. This you can also scroll yourself, you'll need to buy scrolls but these are the cheapest int scrolls. Then you can get a shield, overall, gloves, earrings, and whatnot. These will be more expensive, but you can probably pick up cheap low int ones in the fm. You don't need all of these either, just enough to get you to your target int. Do whatever you want as far as class, you don't need to start with a bishop, it may make things easier but it's definitely not necessary. This is a game after all, do what you enjoy most. Also, no, double washing isn't necessary.
Thanks a lot for the tips. I only have experience at bossing in later patches where hp was not a problem. How ever when you visit these forums you quickly get overwhelmed when everyone is talking about HP washing (it is pictured as a necessity if you plan to do any bossing at all).
