Hey guys, I have a hermit lvl 83 which is my ''main'' char since iam new to the server, he's base DEX is 75, and i started to see how to HP wash a NL, and iam kinda confused whether i did it right, since i put to much DEX, and if should have started HP washing already (using INT equips while lvling in the low lvls), is it ok or should i restart ? btw i am 'mid term' funded so any advice would help me out, thx

So i have like 1.5b , and iam not sure about final hp, but i want to be able to do HT so i guess i will need to get around 7k ??
Starting over would probably save you a bit of mesos, but you could still reach your goal hp without starting over.
Say you want to get 8.5k hp by level 155, then i suggest you find out how much mp you need to get that much and by knowing how much excess mp you need you can there by find out how much int you need in order to get that mp. In other words just use the numbers that are given to you in the various hp/mp washing threads to calculate what you need to do before doing anything.
Your best choice is to start over. It would be far more trouble to try to reach your goal from where you are now, and far more expensive. This is just a rough estimate, and you need to do your own research: If at level 155 you had roughly 4500 natural HP and 2750 natural MP (I forget if all job advancements give HP/MP or just 2nd, and this is based on averages per level) then after washing natural MP you'd have almost 800 extra HP, putting you at 5300 HP. This means you need around 2500 more HP for Horntail as a Night Lord by the same level, therefore roughly ~1368 more MP. If you started washing right now to reach that goal, you would need around 190 total INT per level. If you made a new character and had most of your INT equipment around the level 20~30 range, you would need around 110 total INT per level to reach your goal by 155. That is still quite hard to reach, and you will likely need to temporarily invest base INT for a while to reach your goal, but it is much less than if you started now. Here is an example list of INT items within that budget 17 int green bandana 17 int bathrobe 5 int red marker (70%ing a 1-INT marker yourself isn't too expensive. Probably totaling 35~40m) 8 int cape 4 int earrings 8 int wooden wand (10% one until it works and 60/70% the rest) 1 int white christmas sock That would leave around 47 INT left for you to add as base INT (so making it 51) to reach the goal of 110. If you have the budget, you could try getting a scrolled shield or slightly higher stat items, but going further is usually quite expensive. 47 base INT won't devastate your character. Just go dexless and think of it as the AP you would have put into DEX. Once you reach your HP goal, you can wash it out. Again, I advise you do your own calculations and figure out exactly how much MP you have at what level depending on the level of your items. Bonus tip: If after all your items you still have money left over you wish to invest, you can MP wash some levels and lower your target level by a bit, but don't do this too much because MP washing with 50~59 base int isn't very efficient. Doing it a lot will actually be a big waste of money.
