Need advice with designing a new character

    So I decided I'm going to open a new STR Dit, named Arsene (After Arsène Lupin, from the Arsène Lupin, Gentleman Burglar stories) and since Persona 5 are using him as their intro Persona, I decided I'm gonna design my character after him. (See here)
    So this is what I have so far:

    I'm pretty okay with this design but I feel like it could be turned better, so before I make it and spend Royal points I decided I'd come ask the creative side of the community for advice.

    I'm trying to make him a /little/ humanized so he would look a little bit like the original Lupin too, so I can't do that

    I thought about these but, they have a little bit purple glowing neon of some sorts coming out of them, and that kinda ruins the color scheme :c
