I want to pick a class that doesn't require HP washing but I don't know which to pick. Could y'all give me some suggests on classes that don't require HP washing and their pros and cons. Thank you so much! <3
as @Wonderstruck stated above, no class requires HP washing. HP washing is more of a perk rather than a necessity. of course it comes in handy for classes that do not have warrior-like HP. but it isn't by any means needed in order to boss. the downside of not being washed is that you're most likely going to rely on a DK with Hyper Body for end-game bosses (which is how it was meant to be), while a washed character might get through it with more ease. I'd suggest to just pick the class that you really like, regardless of HP. you love ninjas? go shadower/night lord! you love guns? go corsair! don't think about it too much. however, just enjoy your way up to lv. 155+ because it's quite long!
Tier 1: Causal Player Do not intend to play the game for more than a year, rarely active. Just want to scratch that old Maple Story itch and then quit. • Buccaneer • Hero • Paladin • Ice Lightning / Fire Poison Archmage Tier 2: Regular Player Plays 3 times or more a week, able to do light or late HP washing. Probably some kick some bucket list achievements. • Dark Knight • Shadowers • Bishop Tier 3: Committed Player Plans to play the game long term, over a year. Don't mind the slow grind and the process to properly upgrade their characters. • Night Lord • Bowmaster / Marksman • Corsair IMO, bosses that need HP washing like Horntail or Toad takes forever to set up and prepare. I can squeeze two fast Zakum runs and two Scarlion runs in the same timespan. And it all can collapse because either the SE or Bishop quits because their mother is scolding lol.

I can tell you for example, about me. Instead of choosing a class that is simple and easy to play and control, like Bishop or Warrior. I went with Bowman, simply because I like the class and I dont care about the low HP as long as its not going to be a big problem. I must admit my HP is extremely low and will remain like that forever if I dont HP wash, but what was important to me is to play what I really think I'll enjoy. I like how Bowman had SE at 4th job which makes them useful at parties, and also how they have a skill Hurricane which you hold down the button and shoot arrows fast. They're good at 1v1 bossing and are not as jumping or flashy as NL, and I dont care about Flash Jump as much as other players might. I knew from the beginning if I choose to play a Bowman and without HP washing, I might have a problem. But the way I understand it, the problem isnt a big problem, but a small problem. Or atleast, I HOPE it wont be a big problem.
