Need clarification with Mp washing

Hello Royalers,
Im kind of confused with mp washing and need some help.
I have 160 base int and 90 int equips. =27 extra mp per lvl up

So my initial idea was to put 5 fresh Ap into MP, take out 5 AP from mp which = 15 mp per AP x 5= 75 Extra Mp
So my extra mp from the mp washing would be 75 + the extra 27 mp from lvl up would then = 102 extra mp per lvl

So then with fresh ap that i got back from using Ap resets on MP i thought i would then add 5 into hp = 110hp on avg
and then i would use 8 more Ap Resets to take out from MP which would be - 96 MP( from the extra 102)
which i would then use 5 to put back into LUK and the extra 3 Ap to HP.

Will this work?

If not how should i go about doing this?

Also it seems i have to put 1 point into hp to activate mp washing. Do i have to do this every lvl?

 

To answer your 2nd question, you just have to put 1 point once, not every level.
