NEED HELP ASAP

I am having a slight issue, i can't seem to click on Frederick in the FM.
Please reply soon because my Hired Store Merchant is running out

Click and drag your chat box down a little bit

 

restart client. that usually helps

 

I have tried both things, my chat bar is right at the bottom and i have reinstalled my game multiple times.

 

You probably got glitched while trying to retrieve the items/mesos back from the closed hired merchant with exceeding equips or mesos from its capacity. If this is the case, you need to wait until the next sc to resolve the issue.

 

Do you know when next check is?
