i've decided to sell all my equips and just fund a magician, maybe a cleric. i have rougly 2.5b to spend...so what should i buy?

Int-scrolled earrings Int-scrolled bathrobe (maybe scrolled White Doros/Brown Doroness robe later when you have enough free luk from equips) Int-scrolled Purple Adventurer/Gaia cape or Yellow Adv Cape Yellow wgs/Red Marker Yellow Snow Shoes (or godly Blue Jewelry Shoes from Bubblings when you've got enough free luk from equips) Maple Shield/Maple Magician Shield Int-scrolled Wooden Wand (to start off with) Lama Staff Maple Shine Wand/Wisdom Staff Elemental Wand 5 (or 6, if you find a nice one) Dep Star Int-scrolled Raccoon/White Raccoon mask Int Maple Leaf from Showa/Sleepywood gacha Int bandana pre-lvl-50 (optional) Zhelm Genesis 20 & 30 HTP Almighty Ring (nice extra rather than priority item) If you're in a guild who can help you get Zhelm & Genesis 20/30 really cheap/free, you can focus a bit more on your equips; otherwise, save up for those. Remember, you can grind cheaply and effectively at lower levels with no/very little int gear.
