Need help on my Shad main

hii all royalers i make a Shadower main its a new character so if there is any new player and wanna do pq etc add me in bl name ign: Sennin. or just u wanna make a new friend add me too

But there its my question looks thief its so difficult to wash and here its my problem.

My current stats are:
Job: Thief
Level:22
Current HP:552
Current MP:481
Current Base Int:97 atm i wanna add to 100 but not sure if i need more
Int Gear Total Int: +65 at lvl 50 probably can get +90
HP Goal: i think the best for shad do all boss its 12k so i think thats my HP goal
Level for HP Goal: arround lvls 135-150?

my dude its i need more int? in what lvls i start to wash?
