Fixed Need help with griffey and [Griffey doesn't drop Heroic Star?]

    Forum Mod's note: not moving this to "Closed Bug Reports" as although kuzzo's problem has been solved, it's still a bug that Griffey does not drop the required item.

    Why are there never any GM's online? Like every single time me or anyone else has a problem it can't be solved because theres never a gm online. I've been waiting 5 hours for a response on why Griffey is not respawning and his respawn time is 2-4 hours.

    I'm not sure where you heard that the respawn time is 2-4 hours. I am pretty sure it is at least 6 hours. Also when using the ~gm command in game I hope you are not just saying "help plz" or something like that, because they will likely not respond to messages that do not include at least a bit of information. Awaiting your feedback as to whether or not there are kentasaurus' in the map.

    There are kents in the map and i give details on what i need help with. I'm still waiting for his respawn its been around 6 hours atleast and im checking every channel. such a shame i have to wait this long just for 4th job. Because it wont let me accept the SSS quest to instantly complete 4th job

    If there are kents in the map then the map is not bugged by the 'quest glitch'. Make sure you are trying to kill a mob when you are checking each channel because otherwise they the boss won't spawn. Also there is always the chance that somebody else killed them. There have never been reports of the respawn time with griffey/manon. In regards to the secret spell scroll, I only know that it is bugged for pirates. All other jobs should work if you take the secret spell scroll to chief tatamo.

    Chief Tatamo just doesnt have the quest for some reason, is it because i already killed Manon?

    Are you level 120, used your SP/AP, spoken to your 4th job advancement NPC to get the quest?

    I'm lvl 120, have not used my SP/AP because it says not to do that until after u get the advancement and yes i talked to the NPC.

    Not sure where you got that information from, but I'm almost certain that you need to spend your SP/AP gained from levelling up to 120...

    And now he respawns i kill him and the freaking heroic star doesnt drop....... WTF.....

    Honestly sounds like you don't have the quest active. It won't drop if you don't. Use your SP/AP and speak to the 4th job instructor.

    Ok fair enough, so you have the quest in progress and have found one out of two items. The items don't drop at a 100% rate. Are you able to show me what chief tatamo says as well?

    He doesnt say anything he has a quest called Mara's Whereabouts or something but not the quest io need.
