Hello, I know my PICs but this box keep showing, its been a day of waiting but nothing is changing. it doesnt show how long i must wait, did i lost my account ?
I was advised to contact @Andreas via PM and my issue (identical to yours) was resolved last night. I suggest doing the same! He was very prompt and helpful.
Send an inbox message to Andreas or Tim with your: account id email registered to account date of birth registered to account pin and kindly request your PIC so you can write it down afterwards.
