You have a couple options -- you can wait for people to smega R>Zak and whisper them, you can join a guild and run with guildmates, or you can ask people on your friend list (though you may need to meet people through bossing first). It will be a little slow initially, but being social is by far the most important aspect -- I talked about it a bit in this post.
