IGN: hambone Problem: cant enter game and my items disappeared Details: https://filehostingsite/CsC7ds0 https://royals.ms/forum/threads/need-help.178889/ : I made a post I forgot to attach an important piece of information when my items disappeared I thought I had been hacked but when I entered my account I had several items that were still like my Craven 80ATT if they had hacked me they would have taken away my claw and the other items of value but not It is the case because I still have it together with other items, so my question is and I want to know if I have been hacked then my items would be registering in another account or maybe it was an error in the game because my items disappeared because I still have more items like the Claw 80ATT and Cape with ATT and if it had been hacked it would have nothing. Also because the admin tells me: (I can't see any suspicious login to your account (from a different IP address / another part of the world). So if it was hacked it looks like it was done locally. Possibly left your account connected and unattended) if it had been locally it would not make sense that they would have hacked me because I no longer use my accounts and my PC. Because having been hacked I doubt it because I have other items of value as I already said in the same player that had the missing items that I thought had been hacked I hope you can give me an answer since it is very rare that they have hacked me I doubt it because you would have taken everything from me down to my Claw 80att and my Cape with ATT. I was able to enter the game, now I would like to know what happened with my items exactly because having been hacked I doubt it because I checked in my player and I have more valuable items that are still there if it had been hacked I would have taken all that I would like you to help me , as I detail in Part 1. of my post
Unfortunately, the Staff are unable to refund items for hacked accounts I can only recommend resetting your account info for better account security
It is something illogical that it cannot return the items to anyone it can happen and makes a post looking for a solution
It's not really possible for accounts to be hacked out of nowhere with the safety feature of password, PIC and PIN
