Need recommendation for Singapore ISP

I would like to ask if anyone can recommend a Singapore ISP that has low latency to the server.

I've been checking my latency recently by pinging the server IP 57.128.187.242 (found it in the discord pin):

M1 (my home internet): average 322ms
SIMBA Mobile 4G (hotspot from phone): average 182ms

So basically I got SIMBA for my mobile recently and tried playing Royals on the 4G hotspot, and it really was a breath of fresh air with how snappy it felt with the reduced latency (compared to M1).
But obviously, it isn't ideal just using my 4G hotspot for my PC everytime for Royals, so I'm asking for a recommendation for ISP.

Would really appreciate if you could ping test your latency (for Singapore ISP users) and show the results, thanks!

Or if there is anything I can do on my current ISP to improve the latency, because the difference between 322ms and 182ms is so huge it doesn't seem normal.

that is some amazing latency compared to anything i've used before... will definitely consider it after the current contract is up

No, there is enough data. With the 4G hotspot, the latency is low but I still get random DCs that happen like once or twice an hour. So the ping may be low, but not reliable enough to do bossing and more important stuff...

And it keeps prompting for PIC when re-logging even though i'm on the same hotspot for a long duration. (Already set the Hotspot to 'Phone MAC address' instead of 'Randomize'). Not sure if this is a problem with my phone or the service provider.


Do you mind sharing which plan you are on?
