New account banned

    So I was making an alternative account for banking and storing purposes etc. I create the account and make a character and just as I'm about to login, the character selection freezes, I'm prompted to the login screen and when I try to login again, the account is banned.
    IGN: Pendulum (tho I never even logged in) ~f12
