New account Panel wont send me emails to reset pin

    I'm trying to come back after a long break but I forgot my pin I had trouble logging into the new panel so I had tried to reset password but never got a email from there I was eventually able to log in. I don't remember my pin and it requests it when I log into the account panel and when I go to reset it I never receive a email to reset it the same way I wouldn't receive one to reset the password.
