Closed New account - "Trouble logging into the game?"

    Last thing you did: Create an account, try to login
    Why do you think you got banned?: No idea, have never played Royals before
    Ban message when attempting to log in: n/a
    What GM banned you (optional):

    Just created a Maple Royals account recently, and after creating a PIC and attempting to login I get the message Trouble logging into the game?. Can't get past this point, not sure if it is because I am using Wifi or not. Help?

    I was instructed to create a ban appeal from using the Shoutbox as suspected I might be MAC banned

    Are you sharing an internet connection with anyone else, or using a VPN to connect to the game?

    If so, try rebooting your router and modem and see if you can then login.
