Just created a Maple Royals account recently, and after creating a PIC and attempting to login I get the message Trouble logging into the game?. Can't get past this point, not sure if it is because I am using Wifi or not. Help?

I was instructed to create a ban appeal from using the Shoutbox as suspected I might be MAC banned

 

Are you sharing an internet connection with anyone else, or using a VPN to connect to the game?

 

The internet is used by my Xbox also, no VPN

If so, try rebooting your router and modem and see if you can then login.
