Sure its 1-8 I think, should be going down soon (or has already). Feel free to buy whatever you want and take the spot if youd like.

 

You clearly dont even care about whether your 1-8 spot is taken (I wouldnt care about that spot either tbh) hence why you were asking if it is blacklist-worthy. For many other people, especially in 1-1/1-2, their spots are valuable enough to care and warn others about that guy.

 

Even when I do have a better spot, by no means would I want to have someone blacklisted or shunned from the community for it. The entire point having to take down a store and put it back up again is that other people can get it. Its disgusting that thats rejected.

I think it's rather pointless to argue on certain subject in this thread if your view differ from the rest majority here. Just don't include the IGNs that you deem not worthy of the blacklist list in your own personal list, it's as easy as that.

 

Absolutely right. That is why people reset their stores before the 24-hour period. Unfortunately for marta, her store was stolen as she was trying to reset. Yeah, sure, the spot is FFA once the store goes down, but I feel that it is unethical to steal it nonetheless. It's like if I dropped my wallet and somebody from behind picked it up immediately as I turned my head to look for the wallet. Yeah, sure it shouldn't be bannable, but it definitely makes it to my blacklist.

 

Not really. A wallet is owned by someone. A 'spot' in an open market isn't. Nobody owns the spot, youre just using it temporarily. The fact that people act as though they want to make it theirs forever is horrendous. Honestly, Id like it if after you closed a store down you had to get your items from Frederick, even if you have room.

 

Isn't the whole point of the timer is to prevent people from hogging a spot forever? If that's the case then manually re-opening a store to get around the timer is what should be frowned upon.

3. DETAILS: He was booted from our guild a few days ago due to constant begging for free leech + items despite our warning. We eventually let him go from the guild. Today, he caused trouble by looting a friend's map at ULU2. He proceeded to act dumb and speak in different languages.

hey, i think i may have scammed someone by accident earlier today (i think around 10h before making this post)

i leeched him like 5 hours and in then i told him im going to do some business in fm (bought my wand) and then due to personal issues (i will not share though, as it is my personal time) had to leave without informing him.

i am really sorry, i don't remember the guy i did it to, so if it IS you - i sold you like 6h in total and gave you 5 - my ign is bloodsicle, and if you can show me it IS you (i'm terribly sorry, but in order to cover my own ass i have to do it, so i wont get scammed), let me know and ill reimburse you the entire hour (i think you lost around an hour and i am sorry about it)

hope this isnt going to get out of hand, just trying to make amends as im not sure who i offended

if you'd prefer the leech instead of the money back, we will arrange that as well

so to clarify: if a character called 'Bloodsicle' "scammed" you and left you in WR room (tornado thingy) alone, contact me and ill pay you back, assuming you show me that it is you (as in the last 3-4 days i leeched like 20 people and don't remember all of them)
