Issue: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account. Character Name: RuroStory Additional Information: Not sure why im banned and to my understanding i have never played this PS although i made an account probably early when this server came out or not to far from that time which i didnt use so im not sure if inactivity on my account would have been the issue or if someone may have accessed my account afterwards but i freshly made a new account on forums/in-game so it would be great if an unban with a strict watch or 1 time warning perma ban; something just to make sure im not a problem because i know bans do not come without reason and i feel the fact that i am mac banned my bring up the topic of "maybe he did get banned for malicious activity" would be on everyones mind. Honestly looking for a good time im 21 and i have a bit of time at home so 1 or 2 hours a day or so is my expected game time which is important to me since ive been a hard maplestory fan since its second christmas on GMS and i cant run it on this toaster so this is really an alternative that has become the main course and infact i came here after realizing ElliniaMS was gone after about a years break which was a bummer due to unemployment and i was a promising player with no bans under my belt nor problems with the community. If they don't know the name of the character you've attempted to log in with, there isn't much they can check for you. So I would advise for you to edit your post to mention what the name of that character is, to speed up the process of Staff being able to reply to and potentially assist you.
Thanks i totally forgot about that xD. ill edit it now with a new characters proper name because the first was a random bunch of letters.
Actually, I'd like to mention that i have successfully logged in today? not sure if something else was wrong but other than post this thread i have not tried any fixes because of the troubleshooting guide. If its possible i guess a look into it would be a relief or if it continues to allow me to log in this thread could be closed?
