Well, the class with the lowest cons and the highest pros is bishop, but you should choose your class only accourding to your preferences. Starting a bishop instantly puts you at a disadvantage when it comes money wise. The market for their equipments and books are heavily inflated simply because of everybody having one. The pros of having one is you'll be able to sell leech and gain mesos rather fast once you hit 4th job. Some heavy cons would be that you are pretty much useless until you get max HS which is around 81 and you still have to be heavily dependent on others to get you to the 90s when you can hime. Bishops have a lot of cons starting off but if you can get past those setbacks then you should be successful. Also save up for genesis 20 from the start. That 1b is a HUGE meso sink.

People usually increase their NLs max HP by process which called "hp wash".
