So someone told me that if I throw out my old source hog + saddle, I could do the quests and get a new hog and a saddle. So after throwing them out, I did the whole questline again, but only got the hog and never received a new saddle. Right now I'm saddle-less, and can't ride my silver mane anymore unless I do the saddle quest again. Please help and thank you! P.S. Do I have to post a screenshot too o_o??
Hi i have an issue too. Before the source i had the hog pig and i didnt have to do the quest. Now when i want to get the dragons perfume from the chief at leafre i cant udj why I have to throw the old hog? So now i cant do the hag quest. I want to the the hog quest so i can open the mane quest for lvl 120...
I had the same problem (had the Lv70 mount in the old source and thus was unable to redo the quest line). All I did was to redo the quest by dropping my old Lv70 Hog and Saddle and pay the extra 20m to acquire the new Lv70 hog. You should then be able to advance and complete the Silver Mane quest (which is a bit buggy, but a simple relog after a few hours will allow you to obtain the Silver Mane mount).
This post isn't just about throwing the hog away and being able to access the quest again. After throwing the old mount and the saddle away, I redid the quest for the saddle and the mount. I did receive the new source hog but never received the new source saddle. So I had to do the saddle quest on the side to get the saddle again.
