Hello, I am thinking of making a BM and hp washing. Honestly, I'm not sure how much hp I want, but I'm thinking of at least 12k. I know the basics of hp washing, but need some guidance of actually performing it. Some starter questions: how much base int would I need for 12k? what would be the step-by-step actions I would need to take (i.e. lvl ? --> do this)? I know these are very broad questions, but I don't know where to start. So hopefully this would be enough to kickstart something. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
To start off you need to set some goals, I will give you an example. You want 12k HP by lvl 135. A bowman has minimum HP of 20xlvl + 378. (NOT counting all job adv.) A bowman will have a minimum of 3078 HP at lvl 135. This means you lack 9k for 12k total. When a bowman washes he gets on average 18 HP per wash, and loses 12 MP. You therefore need 9k*12/18 = 6K extra MP. If you want 6k extra MP by lvl 135 you need on average 6000/135 = 45 extra MP per lvl up. This is equvalent to 450 INT for 135 levels. which would be impossible. Therefore you would have to MP wash. MP washing gives you the level up MP bonus up to 5 more times (excludes INT equips). I will set a goal of 200 base int for you. Lets say (with INT equips) you manage to reach 200 INT by lvl 35, and you add until base INT is 200. Simplifying, I will assume the average of INT from 0-135 to be 200. You will by leveling (remember to use INT gear!) gain 135*20=2700 MP. This means you need to MP WASH for 3300 more MP. To get 3300 more MP with 200 INT, you will have to MP wash 165 times. Which is equvalent to 33 levels of MP washing. You can MP wash whenever you want, as long as your base int is 200, and you use fresh AP from a level up. Step-by-step guide: 0-50 GET 200 BASE int as fast as possible. 50-102 HP wash with fresh HP if you can. Add into your preferred stat (dex probably). 102-135 MP Wash every level. (Calculate your extra MP every level if you dont want to overshoot your goal.) 135 - ? HP Wash from extra MP. Cost: 9000HP/18HP = 500 Resets to get HP MP washing for 33 levels = 165 Resets Reseting into dex = 196 Resets This solution will cost you a total of 861 resets. @17m ea this is 14.4b. There is probably cheaper ways of doing it, you have to balance the amount of MP Washing and reseting into DEX. . The major cost is however, the HP washing. With this method you will be guarenteed 12k HP, I did some low-ball assumptions, and didnt count in HP quest, or job 3rd/4th job adv HP gain. If you throughout lvl 102-135 calcluate your extra MP you can stop washing earlier, and hit your goal dead on, or you could gain all the extra MP and just not wash it into HP. It is, as said, the HP washing that costs the most. Hope this can kickstart something. Enjoy mapling.
