New to Royals, Account Problem

I type correct my ID and Password But i cannot login
It shows This is an incorrect password

Then I suggest you change your password in the control panel and then try again.

You shouldn't be using any characters like dots or similar in your password, that causes problems for the login ID, so likely causes issues with passwords as well.
