New to the Server and banned?

    More info: My friend (account ID: amanion) made an account for the first time and tried to log in. She was instantly banned. I tested my own game on my own account and it worked, so I tried it with hers, thinking that maybe it was an issue with her game. Nope. Now we're both banned. I have a level 6 character I just started and my friend hasn't even created a character yet. My Account ID: ourladymuff
